A custom single storey design to suit a small lot of 375m2 nothing was spared. We were still able to create two separate living areas with one opening to the Large covered Alfresco. The kitchen island bench looks out to the rear yard with plenty of light filtering through with a window on the side. Four large bedrooms and a separate powder room for guest was a must in this design along with all the storage space possible.
